The hotel is right on St Charles St with a trolley stop outside, offering a balcony view. The price paid was excellent value despite some issues. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms finally cooled down to the mid-upper 60s by the evening and were very comfortable. It was the most affordable option in the area and exceeded our expectations with its spacious and extremely nice accommodations. However, the bathrooms really need updating.
